I love Dr Coates for so many reasons. She was so compassionate and sweet when making decisions for my elderly dog and always remember who I am and who he was even now with a new pup. Thorough but reasonable and never asks to do unreasonable tests. I will never go anywhere else.

They do what is only ask of and If they think it's more to be done they call and get your approval first.. unlike a lot of places take it upon themselves and do and then when you go to pay bill you have a panic attack..lol

They are very kind to my babies (2 cats( they utilize both holistic and traditional medical views and applications in veterinary medicine, they offer a program called "don's Dollars to support vet care for lowincome pet families. All the staff there are fantastic. They work with the local animal shelter with low cost spay/neuter/vaccination programs.
